With over 25 years of experience in the New Orleans service industry, I have dedicated my career to the craft of hospitality and mixology. My journey has taken me from behind the bar to national stages, earning recognition for both creativity and leadership in the field. In 2015, I was honored as GQ and Bombay Sapphire’s Most Imaginative Bartender, followed by receiving the Waldorf Astoria’s Legacy Mixologist Award in 2016—both acknowledgments of my commitment to innovation and excellence.
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with globally respected brands including Hendrick’s Gin, Milagro Tequila, and Hilton Worldwide, curating cocktail menus and developing original recipes that reflect both brand identity and guest experience. My passion lies in storytelling through spirits, mentoring upcoming talent, and elevating the art of mixology through education, creativity, and genuine service.
